Building Hours of Operation
 
The Offices at NetCenter building is open for normal business operations from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except national holidays.  Air conditioning, heating systems and elevator service will be available during these times or as specified in your Lease.  For information on how to access the building after hours and on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, please see the After Hours Access section of the Building Procedures.

Management Office Hour

The Management Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except national holidays.  The management office telephone number is 757-825-2652.  The mailing address for the management office is as follows:

Property Management Staff

 
  • Lisa Coulter is the Senior General Manager for The Offices at NetCenter.  She is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality service is provided to the Tenants on a daily basis.
  • Robyn Williams is the Assistant General Manager.  She provides management of the daily operations and responsible for charges, payments, tenant billing, amenities and services provided.
  • Don Adams is the Chief Engineer for the property.  He is responsible for directing the operations and maintenance of the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems within the building and coordinates the activities of the engineering team and repair and maintenance contractors.
  • Margaret Hurst is the Maintenance Engineer for The Offices at NetCenter and is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the building including facilitating service requests.
  • Day Porters  are responsible for cleaning the common areas during the business day and re-stocking restrooms.  The day porters also handle limited special cleaning requests that arise during the day as well as minor maintenance items.  The contract services are provided by GMS.
  •  Kandi Oliver is the Security Manager.  She is responsible for managing the security team assigned to NetCenter. This 24/7 security team is comprised of a mobile patrol as well as interior walking patrol of the property.  The contract services are provided by Admiral Security.
